Lead from Top-Down

1. Strong leaders are submitted to leadership. Before you teach, you have to be taught. Hebrews 5:12 

2. Strong leaders serve well, deflect credit, and empower those they have been entrusted to lead. 

3. Strong leaders are humble, secure, and discerning. 

4. Strong leaders don’t micromanage but establish great processes and systems that are clear and concise. 

5. Strong leaders set the tone within the organization and establish boundaries that encourage creative expression within said boundaries.
