The Microwave

Please don’t allow this microwave society to rush you through seasons that are necessary for your growth. We have grown increasingly impatient with processes …to the point we are giving up on people, jobs, assignments, deliverance …you name it. Slow down, relax for a moment, and allow God to perfect what He calls good. Discomfort, humility, routines, discipline … things we are challenged with during processes …are not bad things 🤷🏾‍♀️

“I’ve gotta have it now”, “I’m done with this relationship”, “I’m done with this job” ….leads to increased discontentment. Have you noticed, that even with more resources, more cutting people off, more opportunities ….our culture has grown more anxious, stressed, burned out, and lonely? It’s because, we’re bailing out of the very seasons that are supposed to prepare and give us the fortitude to …ENDURE!!

Let patience (endurance,  perseverance) finish its work (have its full effect) so that you may be …mature …and complete …not lacking anything. James 1:4

Stay the course. Get everything you’re supposed to get from “here”, then move to the next season.
